At Quilted & Cozy by Katy, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales on personalized, custom-made, and keepsake items are final. This includes but is not limited to embroidered items, memory quilts, and other personalized accessories.

 

Alterations & Craftsmanship

We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive an item and believe there is an issue related to craftsmanship or quality, please contact us within 10 days of your pick-up, shipment, or tracked delivery date.

We’re happy to make minor alterations or adjustments as needed.

All adjustments must be approved prior to return.

Alterations do not include changes in design, fabric choice, or personalization after completion.​
