Letter Mail

• Letter mail is a low-cost, untracked shipping option available for select items.

• Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.

• Please note: Letter mail is used at the buyer’s risk. We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost items, or damages when this method is selected.

Tracked Shipping

• Tracked shipping includes a tracking number and delivery updates.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• Delivery times vary based on location and carrier, typically 3-5 business days.

Shipping & Pickup
Please be sure to select local pickup at checkout if you do not require shipping. Orders placed with shipping selected will be processed as shipped orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is in production.
