What happens next:
Within 24–48 business hours, you will receive a detailed invoice outlining details and pricing.
A 50% total deposit (minus order confirmation deposit) is required by the time your clothing inclusions are received.
The remaining balance is due when your keepsake sweater is complete, prior to scheduled pickup or shipping.

Keepsake Memory Sweater
A cozy and meaningful way to preserve memories. This custom sweater is handmade using clothing items for block letters - including those from a loved one, a favourite tee, sports jerseys, special occasion dresses - the list goes on! A perfect way to commemorate a special event or remembering someone special. Simply choose your sweater colour & size, and block-letter personalization (max. 5 letters - examples: NURSE, MAMA, DADA, NANA, GRAMS etc.)

✨ Optional Embroidery Add-On– If you would like to add embroidery (example: EST. 2025 under block letters or adding names to sleeve) You must add the "Embroidery Add-On" to your cart for each area of embroidery you wish to add. 
 
*Turnaround time is approx. 4-8 weeks(sometimes longer/up to 12 weeks in peak-times) from the time inclusions are received. Keepsakes require a lot of time and care - and I want to make sure everything is up to my high standards and (of course!) that you will LOVE it!
